What we can help you with…
Due to our technological equipment we are able to machine both simple and very complex parts, usually up to 60 mm in diameter, mainly from rod material. We produce parts mainly from common construction, high carbon and stainless steels, copper and aluminium alloys. We can also offer one piece and small batch production on CNC lathe and CNC milling centres, including laser labelling. We can supply all parts including surface finishes from certified suppliers.

In our tool room we offer piece and small batch production of complex parts on CNC machines, additionally we also focus on conventional machining methods - for example we have a lathe, milling machine, tool grinder, semi-automatic saw or other conventional machines.More
Technical quality control
We place great emphasis on the quality of production. For this we use the optical measuring device Keyence IM 6600.
Quality and management system
In 2004, we implemented a quality management system according to ISO 9001. From 2007 to 2010, our company was also certified according to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001. Due to cost savings, we decided not to renew these certifications in 2010 and to recertify the company only according to ISO 9001. Our company still has the requirements of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 incorporated in the system and is able to meet them. Since 2011, we have implemented the SAP Business One ERP information system, which helps us to better and faster meet the requirements of our customers. Among other things, the system enables real-time management of the company and production, using barcodes and terminals located directly in the production area.
